The Wheel of the Year

The seasons are always changing, and so are we.

Long before calendars divided the year into months, many cultures marked time by the rhythms of the earth.

The eight festivals of the Wheel of the Year offer gentle invitations to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the changing seasons.

At Root + Rise Rituals, we honor these seasonal transitions not as rigid traditions, but as opportunities to create intentional moments that help us move through the year with greater awareness. Each season brings its own energy, lessons, and invitations.

You don't need to do everything.

Simply begin where you are.
